We have full-time and part-time, seasonal positions available. Both positions are focused on busy phones and email inquiries. A variety of office work will be involved. Applicants should have experience answering and processing calls through a multi-line phone system as well as communicating via Outlook email.
Office work includes copying, filing, spreadsheet work, opening/sorting mail, creating newsletters, website updates and various other projects. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access are required. Walking the grounds of the retail operation to distribute paperwork and complete tasks is required from time to time.
Full-time schedule is Monday – Friday and the part-time, seasonal position is Friday – Monday.
