This is a working manager position overseeing a crew of up to 12 people and a fleet of approximately 30 vehicles and equipment units.
What you will do:
Lead and work alongside a crew of up to 12
Install, maintain and repair pumps and irrigation systems
Build and repair plastic greenhouses
Maintain and operate excavators, backhoes, dozers and farm equipment
Work with heating, cooling and boiler systems
Handle general construction, carpentry and mill operations
Manage maintenance and repairs for a 30-unit equipment fleet
Keep projects moving and solve problems as they arise
You should be:
Highly experienced with hands-on maintenance and construction
Comfortable operating heavy equipment
Mechanically inclined and a good problem solver
Experienced leading a crew
Dependable, organized and safety-minded
Willing to work alongside your crew. This is NOT supervising from a desk
Compensation Package:
Up to $10,000 per month salary
3-bedroom home provided — $3,000/month rental value
