We make vinegars from our own apples. It is natural, unprocessed, unfiltered, and non-pasteurized. We make more than 15 varieties of vinegar, many are flavored with the fruit, herbs and vegetables from our farms. We offer 12 oz, ½ gallon and 1-gallon bottles.
Vinegar is regarded as a healthy addition to your diet, whether by the spoonful or incorporated into your cooking. With our numerous flavors you are sure to find one to give you or your recipes a boost.
Selection varies based on our crops, but you will commonly find apple cider, apple cider with herb blends, blueberry, mixed berry, fire cider, lemon-ginger, mango, papaya, pear, pineapple, red wine, rhubarb, strawberry, tomato, tropical fruit, turmeric and white wine vinegars.
